UPDATE TONIGHT ( 10-8-2014 )  Took some more pictures with the flood lights tonight and added them below....

(original post)....Well guys...it has been too long since I did anything in the steam service facility area so the past week or so I have been trying to get a few things done in the evenings....even going to the point of painting until the wee hours of the morning.  Anyway, I completely removed the roundhouse, painted the roof and the stall doors and placed it back on the layout.  I have more to do to it but will come back again and put the finishing touches (weathering) a little later this fall.  I was able to get all of the tracks lined up and in place along with most of the service and support structures...now I have to add the ballast and dirt, etc.  Anyway, when I got up this morning the sun was streaming through the windows and made for some nice pictures of the area so I took a few for your enjoyment....hope you like them.  Right clicking a picture and then clicking on "open link in new window", will give a full page view.

Thanks for looking!

Alan

Looks great, looks very impressive.

Alan, you have the greatest layout.  I look forward to the day Dotty and I can visit.  We will converse  Tuesday night when we go out to eat.  I have always followed every picture that you have shown.  You are a huge credit to our hobby.  You have accomplished what people dream of.  Well done and thank you for sharing.
