Why not consider here on the OGR Forum.
Or try Ebay. There are protections in place for both buyer and seller. Plus you have a world wide audience.

How much of the work involved; e.g. photography, descriptions, etc. are you willing and capable of doing yourself?

That's a very good point, time spent vs Return of $ on time spent. I used to be a power seller on ebay and quit, took way to much time, pics, posting, shipping, customs forms, blah blah blah.
