Ho ho. Ya, they've causing those recent solar eruptions, too.

 

Of course, it's the big box hardware stores that have put so many small lumber yards out of business. However, there are three large commercial lumber yards in my area, each of which have their own rail spurs. I drive in and check them out once in a while when railfanning. They're all blowing and going - those forklifts never stop moving. Interesting watching them unload the cars - they have to unload from one side and then the other, because if too much weight is taken off one side, the car can tip.

 

Really nice job on your yard, Gerald. Nice looking layout, too.
