Seeking info about CLW H16-44 drawing of B-B Trucks Assembly...

CLW H16-44?    I have not seen this kit.   Could you post some photos?

I have seen an early H-20-44 kit with cast body.

I can be of no help - I never follow model instructions.  But I believe CLW did both the 16-44 and the 20-44.  Not positive.  Here is a cast 16-66 that may or may not have all its wheels on the track:

Here is my 2nd attempt at posting pics - now as attachments...  Apparently PdF files will not convert for this website and cant be posted as Attachments, while large JPG pics can't be inserted in messages !

Please note the FM H16-44 Trucks I have are B-B an not ALCO Tri-Mount nor Baldwin Trucks.

The slight problem I have is the Front Retainer Bar has to be soldered or attached by screws to backside of each Truck's sideframe shown in pic1.  I will try to use WIX solder if this is the best way to attach these White metal parts...

i believe your kit is a locomotive workshop rather than a central locomotive kit. Bob Smith (CLW) always used brass castings while Jan Lorenzen (LWS) used Britannia castings as he called his white metal castings. His etching were  a lighter brass than CLW. It looks like a nice kit and should build a neat loco.
