K-Line manuals were just generic manuals, they rarely had specific manuals for individual products. What specifically are you thinking you might find in the manual that you need?
I don't know how to set up this engine for lionel CAB 2
This site may have the infomation you seek

Marksdiscus,
Steam, TMCC, RS........you will not find this in the manual as it was printed before Legacy as introduced. Good luck.

I think my post about manual, actually I'm looking to how to program this engine to legacy, I know was tmcc.
But if you smart enough just tell how to set up k-line engine to legacy control system. That's is, nothing else.
It is the same as entering any legacy engine except your settings are A. Steam B. TMCC C. RS.
You have to assign a engine number to the engine. Move the Prog/Run Switch to Prog. Put 18 Volts on the track. Press eng enter number 61 ( I am assuming you have K4 1361). Hit the Set Button. You will hear the whistle blow. Move the Prog/Run switch to Run.
In your CAB 2 enter eng 61,......try to blow the whistle if everything os OK you will hear the whistle. Press the info button on the CAB 2 remote. You can assign a name and a cab number using the red wheel. Turn the wheel as you complete each step. The next screen will be for engine type. Select Steam (not steam switcher), next screen is control type select TMCC, last screen will be sounds select RS (railsounds). After completing hit the set button.
You should be ready to go.

FWIW K-Line engines were built before Legacy was introduced so their manual wouldn't help here anyway.
