Here's my contribution.  These are all custom decorated Weaver 2 and 3 bay hoppers that I letterd using various Microscale and Champ decals and Greg Komar dry transfers.  I still have two more cars to letter NYC but I'm having a hard time finding decals or dry transfers.  In the background you can see a Weaver 3-bay covered hopper that will be lettered for the Iowa Interstate.  I need a few cars to run behind my Rock Island Heritage ES44 and IAIS GP7.

I guess the Whalebelly doesn't count, as it's only got one bay, but I can't help myself

Both are Weaver cars.  The Whalebelly was built using a Weaver 50' tank car and the PS2 hopper was simply repainted/relettered.

Bob thanks for sharing your hoppers with us. Very Nice!!

You're welcome pops!  That photo makes the car appear a bit longer than it really is.

Ed Reutling "pushed" me to do this, he wanted to do a SCL version at the same time so we collaborated on our builds and obtaining the decals (thanks Ed!).

A small number of RRs had this hopper.  It's been done and recently re-done in HO and I think there may have been a brass version in O at one time.  I'd like to see the manufacturers do a few oddball cars like this.  I'd like to have another, but other projects keep me from doing one.
