Smoke make that no smoke :(

I have a new Lionel Legacy Santa Fe GP9. Not sure what has happened but the smoke unit has seemingly stopped working. I primed it the first time and then thought I had a sufficient amount of fluid in it going forward but it stopped.

I have blown down the stack, and nothing.

I noticed one thing that the unit came with and it was a like an large eye dropper. I am not sure if that is for actually putting the fluid in or trying to clear air bubbles.

Any ideas??

I just spent a few minutes trying to figure out why the smoke unit stopped working on one of my locos. Eventually I discovered that I had inadvertently moved the smoke switch to the off position.
