Just when I thought I didn't need any more structures on the layout, I remembered I had a small empty space in the alley. So when I was at York, I purchased the Spiders building kit at the River Leaf Models booth. Very easy kit to put together.
The following colors were used for this project:
Valspar Spanish Tile for the brick and Valspar Tempered Gray for the concrete. Rustoleum Gloss red for the door. Krylon gray primer for the AC unit and power meter. Flat black spray paint for the roof.
Robert's Brick Mortar Formula was used for the brick mortar. A light coat of flat black spray was used on the structure to dirty it up.
The roof vent is sold separately through Scenic Express and the power meter box is also sold separately through River Leaf Models. You get 10 meters in the kit.
I used a fine grit sand paper on the movie poster to make it look a bit worn out.
