I recently received some 4-step ladders from SPL. They "appear" to be angled between 50 and 60 degrees from walkway to front platform.
Was there a "standard" for these ladder angles for safety of the crew?
Looking thru the Steam Loco Cyclopedia I don't see any reference to it, but all of them in the drawings measure approx 55 degrees.
I have to cut both ends of the ladder to make it fit so I need some kind of reference BEFORE I cut.
