You do really nice work, I always enjoy your posts and the work you do painting and restoring these trains. I kind of like the white pilots, a different color for a change. Some of the great colors used are what I like about best about tinplate. If you decide to change the colors I think black might be too much, along with the engine body, so maybe the orange would be a better mix of colors? Or maybe leave it as is for a month or two and see what you think after that?

Very nice Pete, you always do great work.  I like the orange rather than the white. On your loco the orange would balance the loco with the orange cab in the center and  the two orange piolet's at the ends.

I finally got around to repainting the white Pilot Orange as many had suggested and since I was painting I also did another 33. This one is the fraternal twin of the first, they're both 33's but easy to tell apart. Double headed they make great freight train and can haul quite a few cars.

You are very talented!  Looks great!
