On my main layout I have this above mentioned "Y" track layout. At the stem of the Y is where the two car lines meet. Right now, although they are connected by a switch at their junction they keep to their separate routes on each leg of the wye. Looking at it yesterday, the two bump and go trolleys need no reversing circuit..but..it would be neat to have them go into the transfer station one at a time. In other words, when one trolley leaves the transfer station, the switch at the junction automatically lines for the new route and does not allow the other car to enter the transfer station. This would cycle continuously, one car from each end entering and leaving the transfer station at the stem of the wye, one at a time. What would be the simplest control system to allow this? Any technical advice is greatly appreciated.
