Swapping Shells - Lionel Berkshire | O Gauge Railroading On Line Forum

Hello,

I have a Yankees conventional Berkshire locomotive - 2-8-4 and a Polar Express Lion Chief Berkshire - 2-8-4 locomotive.

The outside shells look exactly the same to me and I was wondering if anyone has tried to do a swap of the shells before.
