I received a package in the mail today from Iowa. It contained over 100 sets of O scale decals, new & complete sets. The return address was unreadable, on purpose I think. There was a note that said they wanted to pass them on to me but it was unsigned.

Thank you to the anonymous gift, whoever you are!

I can see many new cabs in the future, especially CN & CP, those maple leaf decals are beautiful!

That's too cool Malcolm

There's a number of folks that are either here on the forum or use to be that have kindly given (items and knowledge) to me and others:

Ed Reutling

David Friedlander

Bob Turner

Martin Brechbiel

Jim Policastro

Ed Bommer

Warren Calloway

Jon Z

and more than I can remember.  Just about everyone on here has given free advice at some point.

OK, what's gonna be your first project with a new set of Champ decals?

Yes, O scale decals are very scarce as my son found some CB@Q engine decals and told me he bought all he could get. He is looking for a SD9 a  hard to find in 2 rail O scale. He just won a Sunset Heavy mike on Ebay. He loves them CB@Qs. I might later this yr try and  trade for  a Sunset Colorado for him after I sell my cabin. But finding O scale decals is just going to get harder as us modelers buy ready to run models.

And yes, I have no problem sending away parts and pieces that I don't use anymore to someone looking. A few $ here and there makes little difference and giving usually is a joy.
