Well, summer is over. For the last few months I've been avoiding this site because there just hasn't been any time for trains. The good weather in my area didn't get started until the end of May/early June this year & I've been so busy with everything summer time related that the layouts have been covered in plastic for about 5 or 6 months. But, with that said, fall has arrived & my mind is starting to come back around to indoor hobbies as the temp drops & the wetter weather rolls in again. The wife was out of work for a while late last year & we're still in financial recovery mode & probably will be for awhile, but even tho I don't have any extra cash for any major purchase this season, I'm still looking forward to train shows, running trains, & Xmas time. Coming here a few times a week is always interesting & I'm ready to enjoy all this again for another few months thru the cold winter.
