As long as we are going far afield maybe this Chinese electric rates a nomination. I know little about it save that the power output spec is 9600 kW or about 12,700 horsepower. One of these carries the Mao insignia seen in the photo.

My only interest in Chinese locos is in those of the scale model variety. I have seen the brass HO model pictured below in a Hong Kong train shop. It's made by Bachmann and I nearly got it for curiosity value. However I decided to conserve resources for the next Vision line offering.
