Yes, I agree there are two ways in looking at things. Having said that, I will be happy to get rid of all this snow. Fortunately, we are not in a flood zone.

I think I just saw the grass of the front yard for the fist time in 3 and half months.

Like other folks all across the country, we have had a bad winter.  The local Missouri and North Arkansas Railroad recently upgraded the old station in Cotter which I am sure was just in time so it should have been a little easier to heat.  Anyway, I think it is over in this part of the country.  We are looking forward to the 70's this weekend!!
