Dan sorry about the passing of your dad, he sounded like a great dad! i lost mine in2007 and there isn't a day that goes by without thinking of him. you are so right when you state to spend time with the one's you love as no one knows how much time any of us have and when you don't spend time with them the balance of your life will be full of regrets. i was fortunate that i spent a lot of time with my dad and i am happy that i did.

I lost my dad,best friend and train bud 6 years ago and every time I'm around our trains we shared and loved so much, I think good thoughts of him to bring a smile to my day.

My Dad was diagnosed with inoperable pancreatic cancer in June.He spent his last four months at home working on model train projects.His train repairs kept him fired up until the very end.
