Tires for Williams Brass Class A

Tires on my Wms Class A have shrunk in width and no longer fill the groove. One has blown. Which bolt(s) and rods do I remove? Eight tires in all. Wheel diameter at rim is 37mm so I figure 35 mm tires, maybe smaller(?).

If it is on wheel with eccentric crank, you maybe able to remove the other 2 bolts on the front wheels and slide it over the rods to get to wheel. You may have to remove brake, and also the linkage to get it on. G
