TIU Fixed Channel 2 Causing Overload

Long story short I was doing some rewiring and adding new drops and I wired something incorrectly which I found, but a little late. and Fixed 2 will overload (see image) with nothing wired on the Fixed 2 out channel. I'm guessing this is something on the board and not a simple fuse fix. In the mean time I'm using Variable Channel 2 which is working just fine. Would like to repair Fixed channel 2 if I can, but not sure what I would be replacing on it.

Acts like a blown TVS, which can be replaced with some soldering skill.
