I'm sure this has been asked before but what exactly is the current revision?
If one were to purchase a TIU that was not the current revision could it be upgraded or is it dependent on what revision it is?

The Rev. L is the current model of TIU.

Only the TIU's software may be upgraded; the TIU's hardware cannot be upgraded to a newer model.
So, can a TIU Rev I3A be upgraded? If not does it make any difference?

The Rev. I3a cannot have its hardware upgraded, although its software can be upgraded to DCS 4.20.
