Does anyone know if there is a copy of the MTH TIU schematic available.
I've burned out 3 channels on 2 different TIU'S and I think its because of a bad power outlet, power probably dropped.
I've already purchased diodes and transistors to replace. I was helped from the forum to obtain those.
Any help on the schematic?

Not a chance! ASC's don't get a schematic, and I'm sure there isn't one out in the "wild".
What exactly is wrong with the TIU's, and what hardware version are they?
Both are the rev L tiu. One of them we replaced the diode which was smoking hot when we turned it on still doesn't work on that channel.
The other channels still work.
Would you recommend sending it to MTH or buy a new one?
I can get by using 2 TIU to get the 4 channels I need for my layout.

If a variable channel no longer provides power after that diode shorted, it's likely one or more of the FET's have dies. If you're only missing the DCS signal, that's usually the 74ACT244 signal driver.
I'm not familiar with the parts, but my neighbor has experience in electronics.Can the FET's be replaced?
Yep, the TVS diodes, FET's, and the 74ACT244 parts are the ones I most commonly replace.
Can I send one of them to you to repair?
I'd suggest GGG here on the forum, he can turn it around quicker, I'm stacked up right now.
