I enjoyed viewing my advance copy of, Tinplate Legends 2 this past weekend. It features the layouts of Chuck Brasher, Dave Corbett and Jim McCarthy with more of the, Talking Tinplate segments by John Potter and Ron Grossman.

You will see Chuck Brasher's latest addition. It is the Ives Circus Set. You will see his most collectable sets in action. He admits to having reproductions on his layout. See what they are. Jim McCarthy's layout features modern tinplate. His layout is a must see. You will see his three Brute locomotives. One of which is pulling eight State cars. Displayed on his walls are many collectable McCoy trains. Jim shares the same concerns about our hobby. He also considers himself a, "Rubber Gauger".

Some of you may remember, Dave Corbett. His wonderful tinplate layout was featured in CTT a few years ago. Since then he has made many new additions. See his beautiful tutone red AF Presidential Set from the 1928 Rainbow Catalog cover, that was never made. He has both engines, the electric and the steam. See his 1927 Chief Set in action. His 1931 4694 Brass Piper Flying Colonel Set is also included.

There is much more to see and enjoy on the DVD. Wall to wall American Flyer Wide Gauge and Lionel Standard Gauge. This latest edition in the new Tinplate Legends Series is a must see for those who truely enjoy prewar Standard and O-Gauge tinplate. It will be released the first of April. Preorder at TM or pick yours up at York. I'm looking forward to the release of Tinplate Legends 3 late this Fall.
