The drawbar on my new TMCC SP Cab Forward (6-38071) does not line up vertically with the tender -- and thus the IR transmitter/receiver do not line up. This is a brand new engine, and it's not obvious to me which end, if either, might be bent. The loco has a spring pressing the drawbar up, so even if I were to bend the end down, the spring would press it right back up against the chassis. And the part from the tender seems to go straight out and certainly doesn't look bent. I'm attaching a few photos in hopes that someone will recognize where the problem is, and how I might fix it. If I need to bend one side or the other, then *where* do I bend it? The drawbar from the loco looks just slightly tweaked in one of the photos, but I think that's just the angle of the picture.
