Went to last one with CNJ BILL and we had a great time. Going again this Saturday.

Lots of HO-O-N-LGB trains and some neat RRianna. Picked up (and paid for) a Dressel switch lamp for less than $100.

CNJ BILL has a table and is selling part of a family train collection including MTH cars/buildings and at least 2 of the Lionel 6-32930 ZW type power supply with 180w bricks. Located first row/left side in first building after entry gate.

I will have some tables there as well (sorry if this post comes off as a shameless plug now). I will be in the first row as well, almost directly in line with the road that leads from the main road (Noble St. I think) to the parking lot and pavilions (145 and 147). I will be selling a lot of stuff from my collection, as I am downsizing (and buying a few higher end items). Feel free to stop by and say hello!

It was overcast, and relatively cool considering the summer we've had so far. I noticed more HO stuff this time. Our group of 4 got there just after the 8 AM opening, and spent about 2 hours. There were several empty tables in the morning, but some were filling as time went on. I got 2 Weaver rib side 2 bay hoppers, and 2 K Line die cast LV 2 bay hoppers. I look forward to these shows, and there is another in September.

I thought it was great. Plenty of room between tables and plenty of postwar stuff. I went just looking for smoke pellets and came back with a 2037. I did go the campus just to see if there were any changes (I’m a KU grad) and got caught in the student drop off line as it was moving in day, my only complaint but nothing to do with the show.

Sorry, I didn't get to take any pictures as I was swamped! From about 6:30 on, I had people constantly at my table. My tables were too full to unload everything at first, so people were even going through my trailer. At one point I was helping two customers, my helpers were each with a customer, and even the nice lady at the next table was taking money from a customer for me! It was a successful day with only a little drizzle for me (I guess people really like $5-$10 freight cars).
