UP items going from Yellow to Silver

Seems most know about the UP O-27 passenger set which went from yllow to silver, with dark grey roofs, to all silver.

Looks like the PW CITY OF DENVER had a like transformation. Or were the colors different for the various classes: O T-rail, O-31 and O-27?
