Updates to the WIFI APP? - Looking for clarification.

Whenever an Update to the MTH DCS WIFI APP is offered will it be necessary to buy a new APP from Google Play or the Apple APP Store?  The exception would be the FREE APP of course?  

 

 Note:  Barry Broskowitz provided the following comment:

  • If you have the free app, any upgrade to a future free app will be free
  • If you paid for the Standard app, any upgrade to a future Standard app will be free
  • If you paid for the Pro app, any upgrade to a future Pro app will be free.

No, app upgrades of the same version of the app, on the same platform (iOS or Android) will be at no charge. For example:

  • If you have the free app, any upgrade to a future free app will be free
  • If you paid for the Standard app, any upgrade to a future Standard app will be free
  • If you paid for the Pro app, any upgrade to a future Pro app will be free.
