Upgrade Railking F59PH to Proto 2.0 or 3.0??

I have an MTH Railking F59PH with LocoSound, 30-2277-0, I would like to get upgraded to ProtoSounds 2.0 or 3.0.

I just talked with the guy at J and W Electronics. His health issues combined with prep time for the York Show means my upgrade would take 4-5 months to complete.

Does anyone know of another person or company that performs these upgrades? Any leads will definitely be appreciated.
