Upgrading a Williams Trainmaster to TMCC

I have a 1987 Williams Trainmaster that I'm looking to upgrade to TMCC. I already bought an FM sound system from ERR, and I'm guessing I'll need the DC commander kit as well.

Does the DC commander board kit include the RL2C board, or do I need to purchase that seperately?

Comes with it, if you want Cruise you get the Cruise commander, also comes with R2LC. G

I strongly recommend the Cruise Commander. Also, if you want electrocouplers, you'll have to pick those up, they don't come with the ERR kits.
