When you look up "customer service" in the encyclopedia you see Walter's picture. 
And here I thought that was a picture of Mike Reagan.

Walter is great! I remember when I accidently hit my RMT Beep with the antenna of my Cab-1 after installing TMCC from ERR! He gladly helped me by sending out the parts I needed to restore it to original condition! A terrific guy at the helm there!
