Just this week I got a WBB RS-3. Took it out of the box to run it. I have not looked at the instruction manual yet. My question.... the sound cuts off when I change direction. Is there a battery system with this to allow for continuous sound. Help is always appreciated............Paul

Correct diagnosis, no battery.
Thanks for the quick answer. So there is no way to have the sound stay on when changing direction..................Paul
NOt unless you modify the sound board to accept a capacitor or a battery.
Would I just be better off to drop in Lionel electronics and If I did that does that void the warranty. Thanks Paul
Well, ripping out the guts and changing them will certainly void any warranty!

Paul,
Since you have not taken a few minutes to, read the directions I assume that, you did not service the engine first, either.

You apparently did not read John's answer, also.

So many questions can be answered just by reading the instructions, first. I would hope that you agree.
So true I was in a hurry to see it run I wanted to see it run but before running it again I will be oiling and greasing before it hits the rails and reading the instructions...............Paul
