Weaver engine repair help

I am a member of the Milton Model Train Museum of PA .

We have a Weaver Alco Model No. 5560 with a burnt out motor and are unsure of how to remove it to replace with a new one.

Any online help, schematics, parts lists or anything that would assist up would be greatly appreciated.
