Weaver C&NW C-628 6701 DCRU switch, in either ON or OFF ... seems locked into constant direction, no reversing, no neutral.

Reverse with arrows switch to right side, Forward with arrows switch to left side ...

This is a NEW old stock item, cosmetically perfect ... other Weaver diesels run normally from same period ... guessing 1995-2005 ...

I have a A-A set in the shop, the front unit only goes forward, the rear unit only operates in reverse.

Is there a setting for the DCRU Electronic Reverse Unit to allow it to reverse, the position of the lockout switch does not change the operation.
