Today was the first day of the National Capital trackers modular display at Baltimore's B&O Railroad museum. Here's a view looking down at my modules. On the lower level a GG1 with TMCC rolls a short freight with the operating giraffe and brakeman cars.  Two steam passenger trains make their way across the upper level: The Empire State Express and a UP flyer.  I'll try for a better view from the spectators' side tomorrow.

As usual, a lot of entertaining train movies with inspiring and  well scenic layouts.
Thank you all for sharing and have a Merry Christmas.

I buried my dachshund and constant companion for 9 1/2 years in late August.
Tucker was operated on in January for cancer of the spleen,  they gave him a month or so.
He lived for another 7 1/2 very active months.

Recently I was lucky enough to get his half brother – they have the same father.
Thought  I would share a short video – he is now  3 1/2 months,  born 2 days after Tucker died.

Just a fantastic day.

Bill, it was nice meeting you today.  Your modules with the button activated accessories were THE draw at the layout.  It was also nice how you were letting the kids blow the whistle with your cab1.  You are a great ambassador for the hobby!

Great videos as usual! Looks like everyone had a great time at the museum as well. What a great way to spend some time before Christmas with the kids!

It was also great to hear that the Cab1 was passed around for the kids to try. Having little ones myslef, you can't underestimate the value of that in promoting the hobby. Thanks for doing it!!

I love the station (what we can see of it).

I was on another (ATSF) forum, looking to see what topics were being discussed.  The title of the thread with the video was something like "Somebody do not like my station."  Working on a station myself I checked it out.  Although I'm sure the video was done with special effects, it reminded me of the late 50's when I knew kids that liked to blow up models with firecrackers.  Kind of a stupid video, but something different.

I have to say that the string of power in your video is quite impressive.  Nice!

Always nice things to watch in the "Weekend" thread!
