Great videos guys!
Several of the members have set up portable layouts at the Great Train Show in Pomona this weekend:
The Menards 24-flatcar set, hauled by Lionel's starter-set 0-8-0 (I wish there was a way of making that loco give up two or four chuffs per wheel revolution though)
And part 2 (if viewed on YouTube, there is a link to it near the end of the first video)
Why are there 30 cars? See the description (takes less time than recounting the tale here )

Jeffrey, one of your best selections of trains this week. Lots of passenger train action.

Jeffrey, I love the eye-level angle that you used to make these videos. I gotta admit, the Rio Grande leg of the California Zephyr go me so excited I had to go outside and have a cigarette.
AND, I don't even smoke!
More passenger train action tonight down on the CB&L.
A little Gi-raffe Express action. "Junior", a former Lionel 51 switcher now equipped with working headlights and trolley pole, pulls a newly arrived 3376 giraffe car past the new mechanical crossing and the test giraffe duckunder. On the inner track, the GX-1 (a former 627 Lehigh Valley centercab, now sporting a pantograph) pulls a three car train of postwar varnish...
