Happy Friday Everybody!  It is time once again for Weekend at the Movies.  I have been very busy this summer working at the town pool so I don't have anything new to post yet.  I will be going to Hillsdale later on tonight to run some trains and return with new videos (finally!!!)  In the mean time, enjoy some Atlantic Coast Line!

Now, lets see your videos!!!

My weekend contribution is a bit of an experiment. I like watching the "pacing videos," on You tube, where photographers follow alongside a steam locomotive. UP along Route 30 in Nebraska is a great place for this. But, there are no roads paralleling the home layout on the upper level. so, I had the photographer "hop a freight" on the adjacent track. This is the view of the K-Line B&O Pacific and train. You will note that the two trains don't stay parallel, and take turns pulling ahead of each other. Obviously the engineer needs some better synchronization between his left hand and right hand.

The freight is pulled by three Williams Geeps, a GP 7 and two GP9's. Two are powered, one a dummy.
