Newest acquisition after a dry spell.
Have wanted one of these USA 1:29 scale Hudsons for a long time. Truly a 'Pearl of great price' that I will sell all that I have... Well, not all but certainly a few nice O scale items to make room for!
These are very well detailed similar to a 'double-sized' K-Line Hudson.
Hi new guy here, wow.. just when I thought it was safe to leave my brothers garage and his third rail world country and go back to my 'perfect world of 1/87, y'all go and do this kinda stuff! talk about dam near fatal bug of molders delight, I found a few of Norm-C videos on net, I'm totally mesmerized ! deer in the headlight, yup... wow.. this is all new to me? after 50+ years of 'trains ' (the usual suspects, HO/On30/N/S and my absolute snobby disenchantment of 3railers, I now found myself owner of a no-body loves me sale of a MTH Berkshire that I believe I basically looted from my brass dealer whom has little time for 3rail foolery ..
I've got so many questions! and I'm sure many grins will adorn your smiling faces, but in true kid delight, this stuff is neat! (I'm 64) I cant wait, and the legs on my current layout trembble in fear .. I'd also appreciate Norm sharing all he knows about weathering (yes all ten seconds) one last thing, I don't intend to infuriate anyone with my views, I could be just stupid and not know any better. well yet,, what is this with radius 054 ect.. how do y'all measure radius? (I'm planning)
looking forward to hearing from y'all (;

This week I received the Woodland Scenics Rustic Cabin and placed it on the layout for a new home for the hobos.
Wow a hobo hostel! Combined with hopping trains what a great way to see America.
Capturing more of Schenectady's rich architectural history on my RR. The home of its interurban trolley company.Thank you TW TrainWorx!
guess I should have mentioned the weathering on the B&M car is stunning, another moment of wow.. odd how the same application in other scales (smaller) just doesn't bite back like O scale.. I'm starting to rethink my choices.. btw: looking over my new treasure Berkshire, could someone tell me the changes to 'Normalize-it ' to that level, ? I've been sorting through older post, really?? just hang a Kadee 805 and dig out the AB and Pan Pastels ? Harry has a nice touch with the Lionel per-weathered, heavy, UP like SP needs that seedy look to be really mind blowing.. btw any videos with modifications to convert 3rail factory to OMG ?
CSX is doing PSR one better with their introduction of the multi-stack car.
A few updates:
I built another display shelf to both display passenger cars and keep our new pup from getting under the layout:
My MTH GP38-2 has returned from the maintenance facility (MTH) after a prime mover meltdown and is running like a champ:
And lastly a few shots of some of the TGV trains the missus and I rode on our recent trip to Belgium and France - If only there were models of these in O gauge! I may end up picking up a Kato set:
A 2018 Christmas Layout memory !
I was feeling guilty showing Halloween in Summer but I was in Michael's yesterday and they have their Halloween stuff out, so I'm right on schedule

for perspective purposes:
Even better than "G" gauge.

Great photos guys! Welcome KevO to O scale/gauge and the OGR Forum!
Here's my photo fun for this fine weekend! Photos from around Patsburg. Have a wonderful and safe weekend everyone!
Beautiful GG1 ! love the easy flow of details that abound the entire area, much to see and enjoy.
I finished my helicopter landing pad with 12 green led lights around the edge of the pad and 2 front corner led spot lights. This pad is for my new Bell 47 copter model as shown. The seller claims the model is 1:43, but to me it is smaller and seems to fit right in with O scale. Still on order is a very small flying drone, which after much practice, I will try landing on this pad. (Wish me good luck)
MTH in 3 different gauges.
I was leaving work today and bemoaned the fact I had been so busy this week, that I had not looked at or ran the layout since last Sunday.......then I passed some relatively new wall pics in one of the corridors....and I realized that I always smile at these when I pass them....
The Seaboard Bridge over the James.....I-195 parallels this bridge west of downtown.
CSX (old C&O) comes into downtown Richmond....just past the tall building behind the tree on the right, the C&O line becomes the top span of the Triple Crossing.
Here's the AutoTrain going over the Seaboard Bridge....
Have a great weekend, folks!

Shocks Mill bridge on the NS Port Road, north of Marietta, PA. Formerly the Enola Branch. The center section was destroyed by Hurricane Agnes back in the ‘70’s
Very nice Sam!

The 6-car set of LionScale Great Northern ACF Center Flow 4-bay covered hoppers were delivered to my local hobby shop named Hobby-Sport.com
The Green paint has a bit of a texture that resembles the insulation on the Santa Fe CONDITIONAIRE ACF Center Flow covered hoppers.
