What car did this truck come from?

This 4 wheel truck was installed on a seperate sale Railking heavyweight coach All the cars in the matching 4 pack set (rpo/combine, 2 coaches, observation) are equipped with 6 wheel trucks. It has "MTH" cast into it and the coupler length is exactly the same as the 6 wheel truck. We swapped it onto the rpo as there is a picture of the exact car with 4 wheel trucks. Curious.
