i have a mixture of Lionel Legacy and Mth PS2 & PS3 engines what is the best grease to use for the gears that drive the wheels is Super Lube synthetic grease good for that or should i use a Lithium grease. Labelle 106 ?

Some people use Red N Tacky. Labelle 106 also works well. Multipurpose grease (any color) should work as long as the viscosity isn't too thick (as in high temperature wheel bearing grease). Wipe off the old grease first, but don't go crazy.

Truthfully, for the exterior exposed gears, I use a bit of oil, grease there has a tendancy to collect stuff like ballast. For the interior worms, I use Red-N-Tacky. I have yet to see the exterior gears worn out, but I have seen the shafts worn out, oil penetrates there better than grease.
