I remember reading somewhere that Lionel was going to have another open house at their Ohio service center this summer. Does anyone know this for sure and when the date is. Thanks in advance, I was unable to go last year and I'd really would like to go this year>

Dave, I work part-time in the parts department doing parts inventory. The open house will be on Saturday, August 18th, 10 AM to 4 PM. Lionel will be posting particulars on their web site in Mid June. Watch for it there.
Thanks Joe and Bill, Now I just hope I can make it. It is on my anniversary, for starters, which isn't helping matters any.

Seriously though... Maybe she would go along with the trip to the open house if you took her someplace she wanted to go too.
Last year Lionel held a sale on parts to coincide with the open house. I ordered a few items. I hope they have another sale this year.
