White flags atop santa fe f3s

So i just bought the 2020 abba set of mth santa fe f3s. I seen awhile back i believe it was atlas. Who had an abba set and it had two white flags above the windows on each of its a units what were those for and can i find those to attach to mine if they are accurate

A train displaying white flags is an extra train not found in the timetable.
