I have a older Williams F-3's and would like to replace the old bulbs with LED type bayonet base bulbs. Who makes them ?

Town & Country Hobbies has a large supply of them in different voltages, both bayonet and screw in type, Train Electrics, one of our OGR sponsor does also. Both work really well, I have them in many of my older cars, like the Lionel Fish Tank Car and original GP7 Lionel engines. They also fit all the old Lionel 022, 711/072 switches and controllers.

Are blue tint and cool white the same? I have Weaver passenger cars with silhouette and green window strips. Would cool white be better for the cars with green window strips and warm white better for the cars with silhouette strips?

Tiffany i used warm white 5mm from evans designs in my GP9. For your F3's i would use the frosted led bayonet bulb in the warm white. You can use these also they are very easy to wire in. http://www.modeltrainsoftware.com/bl-212.html
