If it's in The Bronx, It would have to be the New Haven. The support tower at the left is a giveaway.
That car belongs to the New York, Westchester and Boston Railway. It was a heavy rail, fast electric railroad that ran from Harlem River in the Bronx with a mainline to White Plains and a branch to Port Chester that hugged the New Haven line. It was also a subsidiary of the New Haven Railroad.
