Wiring a signal to Fastrack switch

Hi all,

I was wondering if it’s possible to wire an LED converted dwarf signal to a Fastrack switch and have it change red and green when the switch is switched?

I’ve been playing around with this for a while and can’t seem to find anywhere that has a 5v reference that changed polarity, it seems anywhere I find DC there’s AC overlaid on it and it kills the bulb. I also tried incandescent but it seemed to put too much of a load on the switch.
