Wiring for Auto/Start/Stop - help with wiring the blocks | O Gauge Railroading On Line Forum

I saw this in a DVD - I understand the wiring that is shown on this diagram but do not see how to connect the various blocks so the trains start and stop correctly - the diagram show the outside rail isolation and the center rail isolation - but how I do i connect and wire the blocks together?

Using this feature is something that I've always wanted to try, but haven't gotten around to yet. I found a schematic that doesn't include a relay - seems simpler to me. Not sure if this will help, but searching led me to http://www.thortrains.net/manual9.htm - scroll down to "operating two trains".
