I placed an order with Zstuff over two weeks ago and have received no communication other than the original automated order acknowledgment. My emails have gone unanswered, too. Has anyone heard anything about them?

this comes up about once a week on the forum. do not order directly from Z stuff. nice guy with neat stuff but very poor or non existent customer service. Ross , Gargraves and a few others stock his stuff and have great customer service.
I've called and talked right to him. He may be overwhelmed right now as I believe he is a one-man show at present. I told him of some problems and he told me to send them to him. This was about a week ago.
I suspect many of the small one man/women companies are overwhelmed right now with everything being online and folks spending higher than the normal time working on their layouts thanks the world events right now. Good for business but also overwhelming for those small opearations that are not their "day job". AD
Never order from Zstuff Express. It's rumored that Dennis Daughter runs the store side of the businesses. Do a search on the forum. You can go back 10 years worth of complaints about ordering direct from Zstuff Express. Purchase from Ross Custom switches or one of the other Zstuff dealers.
I get the stuff from Ross, they ship quick. I'm sure Steve is busy too, took a while to get my last order of switches, but they answer the phone promptly. 
This sounds like a repeat. I buy from Ross. Not Dennis or his daughter. Nice folks though.

This question comes up once a week. As an observer, I always bought any Z stuff from Ross, it begs the question in my mind, why is it so hard to fill orders for this company. Is there a niche to fill, maybe gunrunner should stock these parts and ship them. Funny when involving a middleman makes things easier than dealing direct.
By the way, Ross' DZ prices are cheaper than buying direct.
