I have a Lionel #6-32930 which I purchased back 2004. It's worked fine up until recently. I took the cover off because my A handles gears were not operating right. I found the shaft had loosened and the gears weren't lining up. Now my A and D handle outputs are not working. The B and C are working. Any suggestions on what may have caused this and how to fix it wold be appreciated.
