You have a really nice name. We like it so much that we gave it to my oldest grandson. Thank you for taking the initiative to do this post week after week. Here's my contribution for this week.

IRT & BMT El trains at 60th Street in Woodside on the Flushing Line. Isn't it amazing how people run and speed and push and shove to get to work, and when they get there, they complain and can't wait to go home! I loved my job and every day was an adventure. Now I am retired, so every day is a Saturday. God bless America!

Flagging down the Pocahontas for a quick stop to pickup passengers. 

Ford woodies at the Floral Park Station waiting for the next eastbound Long Island Railroad rush-hour commuter train from Jamaica. It won't be long before a G53 Ten Wheeler rolls to a stop with a string of Ping Pong cars loaded with Eastenders.

Added a 45 to the table to cut off sharp corner and added a carousel and swing. Entrance to the park is now by train.

Certainly not what I expected , but very nice!

These are all Clever Models Card Stock kits on the lower level.  I biuld them with Foam Core so I can put LEDs inside and light them up.

These shot will give you an idea how well the Card Stock kits can fit in with Lionelville and MTH structures.  There are 7 Card Stock Structures in this shot.

City Wide is form Clever Models and was a Kit Bash I put together, and the building to the left is my own creation from stuff I put together from CG textures.  That is my Jim Beam Building

American Steel in the Background is a Cardstock flat I made last March,  It has interior LEDs.

Even though I call this the Jim Beam Building.  The other Side has a big Budwiser Logo so it can be the Budwiser Building Too.

A lot of you probably don't remember me from a few years ago, but I'm finally back at it.  I gave my room a make-over and finished my table.  My camera is MIA right now, but here's some two week old progress photos.  Next I'd like to do some better window treatments.

I've never been to any east coast train shops other than Trainworld. and Charlie's AKA Nassau Hobbies.

Naturally I have heard of NS over the past 15 yrs and now I can see what the fasination is with this shop.. I imagine it eminates that odor of ozone..

That is only one side of the second floor. There's a lot of stuff everywhere you look. There's a tinplate side as well, the issue for me is to find a spot open enough to take a picture. Please excuse the next picture it's a little blurred.

Bruce...I like what you did with your side girders. When I started mine I did not think of adding the "bracing" across the top (horizontal). I did add the verticle bracing but I think I am going to back track and add the horizontal piece. It does make a big differance!

Some oldies

Wind Turbine and the mountain I built.

This is my new MTH Premier R-11 subway. Lights in power car dead out of the box. Everything else was perfect, no problems.

Mmmm . . . yes . . . well, you see, after the storm, Santa Fe was not running any trains right then, and there were Espee detour moves that had to run, so we used their train as a guinea pig at no cost to us.  In fact they paid us for the privilege.  Since the Espee train did not turn over to the inside of any of the curves, upgrade or downgrade, we know that we can safely run Santa Fe equipment.
