O Scale Yard Sale, which is a Yahoo group. 2-rail items make occasional appearances on this site's For Sale board. And obviously there is ebay. Beyond that, there are dealers with new or "new old stock" in 2-rail, several of which are sponsors of OGR.
It sort of depends on what you are looking for to know which options are best.

Facebook has the "O Scale 2-Rail Swap Meet" covering buying, selling and trading.
I can suggest two vendors for buying Atlas O 2 rail products. I use on ebay Karl's Trains or Public Delivery Tracks since 2008.
In before Brad asks if you have any Pacific Limited brass cars for sale?

O scale yard sale generates some good traffic and if it's P:48 do the P:48 list on Yahoo.
My wish is that the Yahoo forums had followed a format like Atlas had or like this where you look for a topic then read notes under each heading.
