Maybe the last one ?
Marathon petroleum purchased Hess
Pictures would be nice,as I just heard the advertisement on the radio yesterday?
Marathon from what I've been told bought only Hess stations and stores not the refinery part, I maybe wrong but that's what I was told?
Future Hess trucks will be sold online, just like this one and it being the 1'st is the 1964 tanker from what I understand? I've collected Hess trucks from 77 on up and should have dumped them when they where bringing money.

anybody use google?

Thanks B+M Fan, nice looking truck but 46.00 bucks today and 30.00 tommorow! Hess like every other manufacture started makeing huge limited numbers of trucks and thus the drop all across the board in my opinion.

For those of us who didn't grow up around Hess stations, could someone provide a background on these trucks? So it was a truck released every year for the holiday season that kids were given for Christmas to collect? Was it always a tractor trailer with an oil tanker trailer?
The Hess Toy Truck site should answer any and all questions about Hess trucks.

Very nice website. However, what scale are the trucks.
The newest realeases have been 1/24" or bigger and nothing to do with the original idea of actual models of Hess vehicles that were used by the company!
I think I see what your eludeing to as why is this toy train related, it's simple Christmas here in Central New York was toy trains and Hess trucks under the tree

This latest offering has two trucks. I don't see any indication at the site as to what scale each truck is.
