Despite being almost 70 out, a small bit a snow fell in the northern parts of the layout. Areas to the south and Lumar Valley were not affected.

The snow on the ground is felt cut to shape and on the roofs it's fleece. Used fleece on the roofs because it is softer and lays down flatter over the roof peaks.

The buildings in your last photo (the ones in front of the Marx skyscraper) look very familiar. I believe that I have some buildings from the same craftsman. I don't have the ones that you have. Do you know if he is still in business? I used to see him on eBay on occasion and in fact that is where I bought some of mine. I would love to add a few more to the Blueboard Central

The white felt is seriously cool, I am going to have to give this idea a try, I really like the effect, some of my wives ceramic buildings already have the snow on them so I will stay away from the fleece.

I bought them off e-bay, but did trade some e-mails with the seller a few times, but it has been quite a while ago. His name is Chad. These are heavy gauge steel. He cast his windows and doors. A lot of work went into them. A sticker on the bottom of one of them say;
